We believe benchmarking and performance improvement projects are most effective when handled regionally. We support that effort by offering a suite of products that enable healthcare associations to cost-effectively implement and manage these projects.
Our systems were developed by the Pioneer Health Network, which is an association of 18 hospitals located in Kansas. It was these hospitals along with other network partners with members looking for cost effective solutions that were simple and effective. There are many computer programs out on the market that cater to large hospitals which are quite complex, but our members were looking for systems that easily capture important information and analyze it with the goal of reducing costs and improving quality.
Our solutions were developed and evolve with feedback from our clients, network partners and other experts with the same desire to improve rural health. Hospitals need solutions that work. Not just for providing data to regulatory agencies, but solutions that streamline processes and identify concrete issues that hospitals can take action on and measure their success.

This new platform has many advantages and we have been working closely with our clients to streamline the incident management process even more than what our current system has done for over 100 hospitals, nursing homes, physician clinics and surgery centers over the past seven years.
